Did you know

Less than a quarter of all household electronics gets recycled?

These end up in landfills or incinerators that pollute our groundwater and air.

Be part of the solution by dropping your e-waste off at Wilton before July 27th!

We’ve scheduled a company to take away any electronics that take batteries or need to be plugged in.

Working, not working and never worked items are welcome; computers, monitors, televisions, fax machines, printers, telephones, cd players (don’t judge), radios, microwaves, etc.

Now you know!

Rigor and Rigid

They sound the same but work in opposite directions. They both began as Latin terms for stiff and unyielding, but now, they’ve diverged.

A rigid approach is easy to describe, but it’s brittle. Being rigid takes little imagination and a fair amount of fear.

On the other hand, approaching our work with rigor means that we’re able to eagerly shift in the face of reality. We have rules for ourselves, but one of the rules is to adapt.

Rigor is a combination of expertise, awareness and flexibility. And it’s often in short supply.
